LEMANTO - Lease Management System (LEMANTO) is a cloud-based system to manage end-to-end property leasing process. LEMANTO inspired from EJARI product - the lease management solution of Dubai Land Department (DLD).
LEMANTO provides a unique platform for property owners and real estate service providers to manage lease process on all type of properties (land, building, units and villa).
LEMANTO provides API extension to integrate 3rd party systems and government systems such as EJARI portal thus bringing the tenant, owners, management companies and government entities under single & standardized process.
LEMANTO users will initiate the process by setting up the properties, owners, and tenants. Once setup is completed, they will create leasing contract using configurable workflow. Later in the process, LEMANTO provides end-to-end features to manage the collection, facility management, termination, renewal, reports etc.
LEMANTO vision is to provide state of art product to property leasing domain by providing balanced focus on leasing process, regulatory requirements and product engineering process.
