DLD's governed open integration layer — a subscription-based API gateway exposing core real estate services to third-party developers, PropTech firms, enterprise software vendors, property management companies, and government partners through standardised RESTful interfaces. The gateway provides programmatic access to Ejari, Mollak, Trakheesi, Oqood, Dubai Brokers, and the Rental Index. All APIs are available at AED 30,000 per year including technical support, with sector-specific eligibility criteria and a structured onboarding framework.
