06. Payment Once lease is concluded, payment is collection through online payment gateway.
05. Tenancy Contract Tenancy Lease is created either by the landlord directly or by the management company if the property is managed.
04. Management Contract Once the property access is granted, the property manger can create a management contract between the landlord and real estate company.

01. Get Platform Access Users will get themselves registered in Lease Platform.
02. Property Onboarding This process will take the users through registration and getting it approved.
03. Initial Management This is an agreement between the Landlord and property manager to get access to the property for management.
